Why Physiotherapy at London Weightlifting?

Unlike general clinics, our physios understand strength training. We work hands-on with weightlifters, CrossFit athletes, powerlifters, and active individuals every day — focusing on movement quality, long-term function, and sustainable strength. Your initial appointment can include video analysis of your lifting technique to identify the root cause of pain and define long-term improvement strategies.

The Space

You’ll be treated in our private treatment room inside the London Weightlifting facility — with full access to the gym for active rehab, movement testing, and performance-based treatment.

    Tailored to your sport or training style — no generic printouts. Expect mobility, strength, and movement drills designed to get you back to full performance.

    Get quick answers, stay on track, and adjust your plan between sessions as needed.

  4. Goal-led structure
    Whether you're aiming to return to lifting, running, or competing, we work backwards from your end goal — not a vague "rest and wait" timeline.
