Olympic Weightlifting
These 60-minute classes blend strength, skill, and community — for lifters at every stage.
You’ll start with a team warm-up, then follow our club programme to build technique, power, and consistency over time.

Strength Foundations

Dial in your squat, bench, and deadlift — and build strength and muscle that carry over beyond the gym.

Reformer Pilates
At London Weightlifting, our Reformer Pilates offering includes three distinct class types to suit every body and goal. Strength x Reformer blends classical Pilates with strength training principles for a challenging, resistance-based session. Traditional Reformer focuses on control, alignment, and core stability using precise, flowing sequences. Mobility & Prehab Reformer is designed to improve range of motion, joint health, and movement quality — ideal for recovery, injury prevention, or beginners.

Coached Open Gym
This is an Olympic Weightlifting session where you can receive eyes-on coaching while doing any programming you want. You can come to this session with a particular problem area and your coach will prescribe exercises to address these.
